Zingy black lime, smoky Spanish paprika and five different chillies – this seasoning will freshen up your barbecuing repertoire for good. This earthy blend is best made into a marinade – mix equal parts spice with high-heat oil and apply generously to fatty cuts like salmon or chicken drumsticks. Also delicious on prawns and barramundi. Finish with a squeeze of juicy lemon.
