Double Dutch Cocoa is milder in flavour compared to ordinary cocoa and is ideal for hot chocolate, baking and ice cream. Its dark colour, smooth flavour and low fat content make it a perfect substitute for regular chocolate in cooking. With a neutral pH level, it does not react adversely with baking soda.

Try adding Double Dutch Cocoa to savoury dishes such as chilli con carne or rich red meat stews and gravies. For recipes which require rising, we recommend using ordinary cocoa or cacao instead, as Dutch-processed cocoa will not react with bicarb.

Great baking staple

I use this a lot in my weekly baking and the intensity & richness in the flavor means I cant go back to supermarket cocoa. Love it!

Delicious

After trying this cocoa I can't bring myself to buy anything else. This decadent, velvety cocoa makes the perfect hot chocolate and takes chocolatey baked treats to a whole new level. Delicious.
