From roast vegetables to a Sunday tray bake, the Riess Classic Baking Pan goes from oven to table on two easy-grip enamelled handles. Pressed from a single piece of steel, it heats evenly and bakes at up to 220°C. Crafted in Austria since 1922, the enamel finish is flavour-neutral, scratch-resistant, and nickel-free.

Since 1922, Riess has specialised in manufacturing the highest quality enamelware in Austria. Riess is odour neutral, nickel-free, and suitable for all cooking surfaces including induction. The unique firing process of the enamel gives the pieces their scratch-and-cut-resistance and their easy-to-clean surface. Riess Enamel Classics were developed between 1920 and 1960.
