They take pride in their store and maintaining quality standards across all aspects of store operation including stock control, visual merchandising, daily procedures and striving for weekly sales budgets.
They are natural leaders and take time to build and share knowledge of their team, delegate tasks, give feedback and inspire their people to hit targets and celebrate wins.
