Inventory Planning Analyst- Collingwood, VIC (FT)

As Inventory Planning Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimising sales performance and profitability through your ability to plan, allocate and manage stock across our network of stores.

Reporting to our Merchandise Planner key responsibilities of the position include;

• Oversee store replenishment and seasonal allocations to optimise stock and support sales performance, making store-to-store transfer recommendations as required.

• Ownership of the supply planning for production, including in house and external third-party production.

• Lead the organisation of cycle counts, working with our finance team and stores to deliver.

• Oversee stock adjustment and discrepancies to drive inventory accuracy and ongoing improvement.

• Maintenance of our store minimum shelf level (MSL) system for allocations, responding to sales performance and the uniqueness of each store.

• Weekly reporting on KPIs- retail stock on hand and inventory position bulk.

• Deliver in depth analysis and range review reporting, as business partner to VM and Retail

• Detailed inventory analysis and reporting to identify opportunities to optimise maximise performance and provide insight into product life cycles.

• Build positive relationships with our network of retail stores, underpinned by timely and concise communication.

About You

• Demonstrated experience as a Junior Planner in a retail business with skills across Allocations and Inventory Management.

• You have high to expert level excel skills.

• Experience in a growing retail business where innovation, attention to detail and efficiency are in focus. 

• Commercially minded with strong analytical and pragmatic problem-solving skills.  

• Motivated, confident self-starter with a passion for retail.

• Sound interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
