1 litre apple juice
4 tbsp Gewürzhaus Advent Christmas Tea
2 tbsp gelatine powder
In a medium pot, add 500ml of apple juice and Advent Christmas Tea and boil gently for about 4 minutes. Whisk in the gelatine powder and stir thoroughly to dissolve.
Strain the liquid through a sieve or cheesecloth into a large clean bowl or pot.
Add the remaining 500ml of the apple juice and stir to combine.
Place the jelly mixture into preferred moulds or cups and allow to cool before setting in fridge for a minimum of 4 hours (though overnight is ideal).
Advent Christmas Tea Jelly can be served with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

Made this tonight with cranberry juice, as I didn’t have apple juice. It was delish! Minor correction with the directions, seems steps 3 and 4 are mixed up – be sure to add the rest of the juice before pouring into moulds/cups. Glad I spotted that before getting to that point ;) I had also brewed a concentrated amount of tea (about 2TBSP in 500mL water) a couple of days ago to keep in the fridge and add to sparkling wine, which is also so enjoyable. Quick tip, instead of boiling the tea loose in the water then straining it out, per the recipe above, I added some strong pre-tea to the jelly instead, which saved some steps. Thanks for the recipes, love your products.
