2 lean pork fillets
2 tbsp Gewürzhaus Spanish Skewer & BBQ Spice
¼ cup olive oil
Cut pork fillets into 4cm pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
To the bowl, add the spice blend, olive oil and the juice of half the lemon.
Cover the bowl with cling wrap and leave in the fridge for 1 hour.
Remove the marinated pork and place on skewers, leaving a little bit of space between each piece.
Grill on high heat until just cooked through. Rest the skewers for 5 mins after cooking.
Sprinkle with freshly squeezed lemon juice, serve with lemon wedges and Chilli Chipotle mayonnaise if desired.
