Pour cream and Chai Masala Spice into a saucepan over medium heat on your stove top until it comes to a simmer.
Break up chocolate and place in a bowl, pour over the hot cream and stir until smooth and all chocolate is melted.
Ideally served in a special chocolate fondue set with a tea light or on a rechaud as a heat source, you may alternatively serve your chocolate mixture in a warm bowl and place in the centre of a serving platter. Arrange your fruit, biscuits, marshmallows and honeycomb around the bowl for dipping. Serve immediately.
