500g Greek yoghurt
1 Lebanese cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
2 tsp Gewürzhaus Garlic Lovers' Spice
1/2 ground cumin
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Place the yoghurt into a bowl. Add the cucumber, Garlic Lovers' Spice, cumin, olive oil, and dill. Stir to combine.
Mix in the lemon juice and season to taste.
