750g Greek yoghurt
1 Lebanese cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed and finely chopped
1 tsp Gewürzhaus Garlic Lovers' Spice
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
Juice of ½ a lemon
Pinch of salt
Line a sieve with absorbent paper towels or muslin. Spoon the yoghurt into the sieve to drain over a bowl or kitchen sink for approximately an hour.
Place the drained yoghurt into a bowl. Add the cucumber, garlic, Garlic Lovers' Spice, olive oil, and dill. Stir to combine.
Stir in the lemon juice and season to taste.
