Drizzle straight from the bottle, warm or cold.
- Spread on buttered toast or warm, freshly baked scones.
- Stir into a latte or flat white in place of sugar.
- Spoon over vanilla ice cream or overnight oats.
- Use in place of maple syrup on pancakes and waffles.
Store out of direct sunlight at room temperature, and avoid cold environments for long periods. All natural honey may crystallise over time. ShortHive use eucalyptus honey, which takes longer than most to crystallise, but being a natural product it can happen in 6 to 12 months. If it does, warm the honey to about 50 degrees Celsius and it will return to its liquid state without losing any of the nutritional benefits.
