Big in flavour and easy to use, BBQ Bloke’s Spice is just the thing for every barbecue lover and their dog. With a hint of chilli and a kick of savoury cumin, it’s tremendous as a dry rub for beef, lamb, chicken and pork. Or simply mix spice with oil for a wet marinade that will make roast potatoes and vegetables sing.

Use 1 tbs of spice per steak, or 2 tbsp of spice per 500g of mince.
Cumin, sea salt, paprika, pepper, garlic, raw sugar, mustard seed, chilli, Sichuan pepper, oregano, thyme.

LLLLOVE IT
