A stainless steel thermometer that reads both the core temperature of your food and the temperature of the oven around it, so you can cook a roast to exactly where you want it without opening the door and guessing.

The 10.5cm sensor reads core food temperatures from 25 to 100 degrees Celsius, and oven temperatures from 50 to 300 degrees Celsius. Both Celsius and Fahrenheit scales are marked.
