Gewürzhaus x Solidteknics Stir Fry Giveaway Terms & Conditions

 

  1. The Gewürzhaus x Solidteknics Stir Fry Essentials Prize Pack Giveaway ("Promotion") commences at 11:00am AEST on 14 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 23 September 2026 ("Promotional Period"). Entries received after this time will not be accepted. 

  1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. 

  1. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family and any associated company or agency of the Promoter are not eligible to enter. 

  1. To enter, participants must: 

  • Follow both @gewurzhaus & @solidteknics  

  • Comment on the Giveaway Instagram post (TO BE HYPERLINKED TO POST) and tag one person 

  1. Entries are automatically recorded at the time of signup. No additional action or registration is required. 

  1. Each qualifying signup counts as one entry into the giveaway. 

  1. Prize: THREE winners will receive a Gewürzhaus x Solidteknics Stir Fry Essentials Prize Pack consisting of: 

  • Solidteknics 30cm Iron Dual Handle Wok (RRP: $269.95) 

  • Gewürzhaus Stir Fry Blend 45g (M)

  1. The winner will be drawn at random at 3/40-72 Rokeby Street, Collingwood VIC 3066, no later than 30 September 2026. 

  1. The winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another eligible entrant. 

  1. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

  1. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion if necessary. 

  1. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 

  1. The winner's name will not be published without their written consent. 

  1. Personal information provided will be handled in accordance with the Gewürzhaus Privacy Policy and used solely for the purpose of conducting this Promotion. Gewürzhaus will never ask for any bank details or ask you to click on any links when contacting winners. Please be wary of scam accounts. 

  1. Gewürzhaus maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or disrespectful behaviour towards staff or other participants. Any entrant engaging in such behaviour will be automatically disqualified.
