 Terms and Conditions

  1. The Gewürzhaus x Le Creuset Pack Giveaway ("Promotion") commences at 12:01pm AEST on 20 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 17 August 2026 ("Promotional Period"). Entries received after this time will not be accepted. 

  1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. 

  1. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family and any associated company or agency of the Promoter are not eligible to enter. 

  1. To enter, participants must: 

  • Entrants to provide their personal details (Required: Full name and email address, Optional: Mobile phone number) on the giveaway website page.  

  • By signing up, entrants allow promotional emails to be sent from Le Creuset and Gewürzhaus; and agree to their privacy policies. Users agree to use the database only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on third-party rights. 

  1. Entries are automatically recorded at the time of signup. No additional action or registration is required. 

  1. Each qualifying signup counts as one entry into the giveaway. 

  1. Prize: One winner will receive a Gewürzhaus x Le Creuset prize pack consisting of: 

  • Le Creuset 26cm Cast Iron Round Casserole (‘Volcanic’ colour) 

  • Le Creuset 30cm Cast Iron Round Skillet (‘Volcanic’ colour)

  1. The winner will be drawn at random at 3/40-72 Rokeby Street, Collingwood VIC 3066, no later than 24 August 2026. 

  1. The winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another eligible entrant. 

  1. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

  1. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion if necessary. 

  1. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 

  1. The winner's name will not be published without their written consent. 

  1. Personal information provided will be handled in accordance with the Gewürzhaus Privacy Policy and used solely for the purpose of conducting this Promotion. Gewürzhaus will never ask for any bank details or ask you to click on any links when contacting winners. Please be wary of scam accounts. 

  1. Gewürzhaus maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or disrespectful behaviour towards staff or other participants. Any entrant engaging in such behaviour will be automatically disqualified.
