It’s back! Ensuring we have the best quality herbs and spices can be a fickle business at times. When we ran into supply problems on our beloved Italian Herbs, we knew it would be sorely missed, but we weren’t about to rush through an update without finding the perfect solution. After much experimentation and taste testing across all manner of cooking, we believe our new Italian Herbs blend is even more delicious than the last. We’ve replaced olive with olive oil and included a tiny hint of turmeric and chilli for a subtle warmth and flavour balance. We believe this customer favourite is our best version yet and know it will find its way into much of your cooking. 

A fantastically versatile blend, Italian Herbs adds an herbaceous Mediterranean flavour profile to  breads and pizzas, pasta sauces, casseroles and stews. It goes well with salads, steamed or pan-fried vegetables and adds a delightful twist to scrambled eggs.
