A big, generous cutting and serving board from Sands Made, with an organic curved profile and a deep smoky colour that makes even a few crackers and a wedge of brie look like you made an effort.
Smoked oak is created through a traditional fuming process that coaxes the timber's own tannins to the surface, with no pigments involved. The process is random, so every board comes out differently depending on the tree it came from, anywhere from light to stripy to very dark, and the colour runs right through the thickness of the timber, so it will not scratch or wear off over time.
Produced with FSC certified timbers using non-toxic, food safe treatments. Sands Made use only FSC certified oak, guaranteeing the raw material meets the highest global standards for forest management.

- Not dishwasher safe.
- Clean wooden boards with a gentle detergent, or with lemon and salt.
- Do not leave the board submerged in water, as the timber can absorb excess moisture and swell.
- After cleaning, dry the board on its edge in a well ventilated area, away from extreme heat or cold.
- To treat stains or odours, spread a generous amount of salt and lemon over the affected area and leave it for five minutes.
- Rub the surface with a clean, damp sponge or paper towel.
- Remove the mixture with a flat edged scraper, wipe the board with a clean cloth and allow it to air dry overnight.
