Glühwein (Mulled Wine)

Ingredients

1 bottle of red wine (preferably Merlot)

60g Gewürzhaus Vanilla Bean Sugar (can substitute for brown, raw or white sugar)

2 tsp Gewürzhaus Glühwein Gewürz

1 single-use tea bag/infuser bag

How to Cook

1.Place two teaspoons of the Glühwein Gewürz into the single use tea bag/infuser bag. Then heat the wine with Vanilla Bean Sugar and the bag of Glühwein Gewürz for approximately 15-20 minutes. Be careful not to boil.

Serving

Serve warm in glasses and as an option, add in a slice of orange and cinnamon quill.
