These spicy and garlicky 10-minute chilli oil noodles are simple to make but they are loaded with umami flavour. Top them off with coriander leaves and green onions for a pop of colour and a bite of freshness.

Ingredients

200g flat wheat noodles (udon, hokkien, rice or ramen noodles also work)
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp Chinese black vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp Gewürzhaus Crunchy Chilli Oil Blend

To serve

2 spring onions, finely sliced
3 sprigs of coriander leaves, roughly chopped

Directions

Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions and drain them once cooked.
Pour the condiments over the noodles, add the Crunchy Chilli Oil Blend and mix well to combine.
Serve topped with spring onions and coriander leaves.

Absolutely delicious. I make this frequently to take to work as it’s quick to make and serve it with cucumber salad made with the gochugaru spice mix.
