Add a burst of umami flavour to your fried eggs. Serve them over rice for a delicious and simple breakfast or lunch.
2 tbsp Gewürzhaus Crunchy Chilli Oil Blend
2 free-range eggs
2 slices of your bread of choice, toasted and buttered
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the Crunchy Chilli Oil Blend and crack the eggs directly on top of it.
Spoon the chilli oil over the eggs occasionally, until they are cooked to your liking.
Serve the eggs on the toasted, buttered bread.
