2 - 3 ripe, good quality tomatoes, diced
1 garlic clove, crushed (optional)
Gewürzhaus Green Peppercorns, freshly cracked, to season
Handful fresh parsley, chopped
½ cup Gewürzhaus Honey Mustard Salad Dressing
1. Combine tomatoes, parsley, garlic and freshly cracked green peppercorns to season, being careful not to bruise the parsley and tomatoes.
2. Transfer to a large, shallow bowl and drench in Honey Mustard Salad Dressing which you have preferably made a few days ago.
