Make this when you are cooking with tinned chickpeas, like our Moroccan Apricot Chicken Traybake.
60ml high-quality Bourbon
30ml lemon juice
10-15ml maple syrup, depending on taste
20ml aquafaba (chickpea water)
Gewürzhaus Whole Nutmeg
Put all ingredients other than the nutmeg into a cocktail shaker and shake.
Add a few cubes of ice and shake vigorously. Pour into whiskey glass full of ice.
Grate nutmeg on top as a garnish.
