60ml high-quality Bourbon
30ml lemon juice
10-15ml maple syrup, depending on taste
20ml Aquafaba (chickpea water)
Gewürzhaus Nutmeg, grated
Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake.
Add a few cubes of ice and shake vigorously. Pour into whiskey glass full of ice.
Grate nutmeg on top as a garnish.
