Ingredients

1 tbsp Gewürzhaus Advent Christmas Tea
1 infuser bag
⅛ cup fresh raspberries
1 tsp white sugar
250-300 ml gin

Directions

Place the tea into the infuser bag and seal the top with a hot iron.
Add the infuser bag and raspberries into your infusing vessel; a glass bottle with a cork or plastic lid works well (and is lovely to gift).
Add sugar and gin to the vessel.
Gently swirl the content every day for the next few days to slowly dissolve the sugar.
Let the infusion sit for as long as possible, but at least 2 months.

Recipe Note

Total preparation time is at least 2 months to allow proper flavour to develop.

That’s like my home grown comquat liquor it’s been in cupboard for the last three months so is quince and limoncello.
