Looking for a unique Christmas gift idea?Infuse festive flavours into your favourite gin with our recipe for Raspberry and Advent Tea infused gin.
250-300 ml gin
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp Gewürzhaus Advent Christmas Tea
⅛ cup fresh raspberries
Place raspberries and tea into your infusing vessel; a glass bottle with a cork or plastic lid works well (and is lovely to gift).
Add sugar and gin to fill vessel.
Gentle swirl the content every day for the next few days to slowly dissolve the sugar.
Let the infusion sit for as long as possible, but at least 2 months.
Total preparation time is at least 2 months to allow proper flavour to develop.
