An incredibly simple steak recipe that delivers complex flavour with a touch of heat.
400g thinly sliced steak (porterhouse, sirloin, scotch fillet with good fat marbling)
4 tsp of Gewürzhaus Korean Gochugaru Blend
Coat both sides of the steak and marinate for 1 hour or as long as a day.
Coat the steak thinly with extra virgin oil.
Preheat a grill pan on your stove to a high heat, and cook the steak for 30 seconds on each side for rare, or until cooked to your liking.
Rest for 1 minute before serving.
