Elevate your dishes with this vibrant sauce. Packed with parsley, olive oil, Dijion mustard and a touch of our Summer Herb Salt to enhance the flavours. Add this to meats, roasted vegetables and salads.

Ingredients

1 clove garlic
125ml extra virgin olive oil
1 cup Italian flat-leafed parsley
1 tbsp capers
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Gewürzhaus Summer Herb Salt
Juice of one small lemon
1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Directions

Place all the sauce ingredients in a food processor and blitz them until everything is chopped evenly. The sauce should still have some texture, much like a pesto consistency.
Serve with chicken, beef, lamb or full-flavoured fish, or with grilled or roasted vegetables.
