Description

This aromatic finishing salt is a summer garden in a jar! We've made it a low sodium salt blend by adding almost 25% saltbush to a delicious, fresh and summery blend of herbs, petals and Victorian sea salt.

An alternative to seasoning with pure salt, with 70% less sodium than mainstream table salts.

How to use

Sprinkle it over roasted potatoes, pumpkin and zucchini, mix it with olive oil and drizzle over lamb, fish and chicken, or add it to a simple vinaigrette for an herbaceous and fresh dressing. Best of all, sprinkle it on fresh vegetables like tomato and cucumber at lunchtime.
