Stir the chilli honey and boiling water together until the honey dissolves. Let cool.
Rub a lime wedge around the rims of two glasses, then dip wet rim into a small plate with the Peri Peri Salt. Wipe out any excess salt in the glass and fill with ice.
In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, and the cooled honey syrup with ice. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
Strain into the prepared glasses and serve immediately.
