This recipe works best if your watermelon is sweet and juicy.

Ingredients

½ a watermelon, cut into 2cm cubes
1 block of Greek feta, cut into 2cm cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
Gewürzhaus Peppermill Trio
Fresh mint, to garnish

Directions

Cut up watermelon and feta into 2cm cubes.
Place watermelon and feta onto plate, alternating between both for a patterned look.
Drizzle with olive oil generously and finish it off with a generous cracking of Peppermill Trio.
Finish with a sprinkle of fresh mint.
