This recipe works best if your watermelon is sweet and juicy. Don’t substitute the Persian feta for another feta – it won’t be as good.
4 cups watermelon, cut into 2cm cubes
2 tbsp Persian feta, heaped
2 tbsp olive oil or oil from the feta
Gewürzhaus Peppermill Trio
Fresh mint, to garnish
Place watermelon in a serving bowl. Crumble the Persian feta evenly over the watermelon.
Gentle combine the ingredients.
Finish with a generous cracking of Peppermill Trio.
Garnish with fresh mint for an extra pop of colour and flavour.
