Whether stir-frying noodles, meat, vegetables or tofu, Asian Wok Spice adds fresh, authentic flavours to be happily savoured with the lively jostling of chopsticks. Mild in heat, more chilli may be added to taste.

Add 1 tsp of spice per portion to stir-fries or wok dishes after searing off the meat or vegetables. Also suited to soups and sauces, where it should be added towards the end of cooking.

Love ❤ it

I used this spice to lightly coat chicken pieces for a stir fry.

I also sprinkled some over the lightly stir fried veggies.

It was a great taste and will use the spice mix again and again.

As close to a holiday as I have had in a while

Simple chicken strip and veg stir fry. Flash heated in a tiny bit of oil in the wok, with the addition of 2 tea spoons of the spice near the end, just before serving. Closed my eyes, smelt it - and was instantly taken back to the street food of Vietnam. As close to an overseas holiday as I have had in a long, long while. :)

Really love this spice in soup broths for udon noodles and in place of chinese 5 spice for my sweet and sour pork or orange chicken. The liquorice root and Sichuan pepper adds this mouth watering depth of flavour to any dish without being too spicy so I can serve it to anyone. yum!

Good in many things

I used this in different dishes dumpling and veges stir fry. This give the dish some extra flavour and complexity. There is a slight kick of heat but its so mild my kids can have it too.
