Viva Tex Mex! The official dish of the US state of Texas, chilli con carne literally means ‘chilli with meat’ and is often referred to as just ‘chili’. Ours is a delicious and fiery blend that’s hard to beat. Packed full of Mexican chillies and cumin, this blend is perfect in tacos, spicy casseroles and bean soup.

To make traditional chilli con carne, combine 2 tbsp of spice, 1kg of beef mince, a tin of red kidney beans and 2 chorizos. Full recipe on our website.

Chilli Con Carne

I Love all your blends, and recipes. It makes it so easy to have these in my spice draw ready for cooking. It takes all the worry out of wondering if I have enough spices to make a quick and easy meal.
