FAQs
You can do either. Traditionally chermoula is a fresh paste (with herbs, oil and lemon). Our spice blend provides the dry-ingredient base; just add the oil and lemon at home. It can also be used as a dry rub if you prefer.
Firm white fish like swordfish or monkfish, as well as tuna and salmon. It is equally delicious used on shellfish, lamb, chicken or roasted veg.
Mild-to-medium, about a 2 out of 5. Enough warmth to wake the dish up without being overwhelming.
