Warming & delicious
Love it, it's a deliciously warm blend. I prefer to give mine a quick smash in the motar and pestle to break open the cardamom/pepper/vanilla/clove before gently toasting then adding milk. I use two generous teaspoons of the mix with about 150ml of water and 200ml of milk (adding water means my clumsy self is less likely to burn the milk and gives me a full cup with a few less calories) I allow it to gently bubble for three minutes, then sit off the heat for a few more minutes and it's *chefs kiss* PERFECTO.
The vanilla isn't particularly strong but does add something special. A tiiiiny pinch of salt along with some sweetner really helps intensify the flavours.
I appreciate the mix being unsweetened so I can adjust that myself. Highly recommend it!
