The stainless steel cutter is equipped with the original AdHoc PreciseCut® patent… a special cutting mechanism for the optimal cutting - not grinding - of dried herbs and spices; cut chillis, kibbled ginger, fennel seed, green & pink peppercorns, aniseed, mustard seed, green cardamom pods, fenugreek seed, sesame seed, coriander seed and even flowers like lavender.
