Store Manager- Castle Hill, NSW (FT)

Our Store Manager delivers on our mission to create inspiration and nurture cooking at home through genuine knowledgeable customer service, engagement with their community and an incredible retail experience for every customer. 

They take ownership in maintaining quality standards across all aspects of store operations including stock management, visual merchandising, store presentation, daily admin tasks and achieving their weekly store budgets. 

They are effective leaders, they maintain our positive workplace culture through proactive engagement, development and empowerment of our people with real skill in delivering feedback, driving performance and motivating their team to hit their targets and celebrate wins.

• You have 3+ years retail management experience.
• You love to cook and know your way around the kitchen. 
• Creating incredible customer experiences in a vibrant retail environment is your ideal workplace.
• You have a positive, can-do outlook & are a natural problem solver.
• Hard work & attention to detail are second nature.
• You are a confident inspiring leader who builds a cohesive team.
• You are an excellent communicator, organiser and delegator.
• You can independently work to achieve budgets, hit targets & meet deadlines on a weekly basis.
• You remain calm under stress and can multi-task with swift efficiency.
