Stir fry lovers, this warm and aromatic blend is a must-have addition to your weekly dinner rotation. With all natural ingredients like ginger, white pepper and star anise, it adds depth and balance to soy-forward noodle dishes, stir fries or marinades.
Use in your favourite stir fry dishes, noodles, fried rice and other soy based marinades
Add 2 tsp of the blend to your regular soy-based stir fry sauce for depth and balance or follow the recipe for our All Purpose Stir Fry Sauce.
To make a family-friendly marinade, mix 3 tsp of the blend with 1½ tbsp soy sauce and 2 tsp vegetable oil per 500g of protein.
