New Store Opening: Assistant Store Manager- Berry, NSW (Part time)

We are thrilled to be opening in beautiful Berry (NSW) in September 2026. Currently building our opening team, roles at all levels available. If you love retail, connecting through food and are passionate about home cooking we want to hear from you! 

Our Assistant Store Manager supports their Store Manager to deliver a quality and inspiring retail experience for our customers through genuine customer service, product knowledge and the presentation of your store. 

You will collaborate to maintain quality standards across all aspects of store operations including stock management, visual merchandising, administration and reporting, cleanliness, delivering budgets and weekly sales targets. 

Using your natural leadership qualities, you will help to build the skill and knowledge of your team, delegate tasks, give feedback and inspire your people to hit targets and celebrate wins.

• You are passionate about all things food , cooking and retail!

• You love to cook and know your way around the kitchen. Spice knowledge is a definite, but not essential, bonus! 
• Hard work and attention to detail are second nature.

• You are an excellent communicator, organiser and delegator .
• You can independently work to achieve budgets, hit targets & meet deadlines on a weekly basis.
• You remain calm under stress and can multi-task with swift efficiency.
• You have previous leadership and sales experience within a retail brand.
