2 tbsp Gewürzhaus Everyday Eggs Blend
1 cup shredded cheese (mix of gruyere, parmesan and cheddar)
1/2 cup spring onions, finely chopped
Preheat the waffle iron.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs and the Everyday Eggs Blend together, then whisk in the cheese and spring onions.
Ladle some of the mixture into the hot waffle iron and cook for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and repeat the process with the remaining batter.
Enjoy with your favourite breakfast toppings.
