Tender brussels sprouts roasted to perfection with a touch of Chicken Salt and a drizzle of honey, for a delectably crispy and caramelized side dish
300g brussels sprouts, halved
½ tbsp Gewürzhaus Australian chicken salt
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, fan-forced.
Combine the brussels sprouts with the chicken salt and olive oil, then spread them over a baking tray and roast for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, drizzle the honey over the brussels sprouts and mix gently to coat. Return them to the oven for another 5-10 minutes until the honey has caramelised. Serve immediately.
