Preheat fan-forced oven to 200°C.
Add 3 tsp of Gewürzhaus Garlic Lovers’ Spice to 60g of softened butter in a bowl and combine.
Cut Vienna loaf into 2.5cm slices and spread garlic butter onto the bread.
Wrap loaf in foil and bake for 15 minutes until bread is crispy and butter has melted.
