Place the chicken in a bowl and sprinkle evenly with Hawker-Style BBQ Blend.
Add peanut oil and mix well to thoroughly coat the chicken.
If making skewers, thread the cubed chicken onto soaked skewers; otherwise leave thighs whole.
Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes, or longer in the fridge if desired.
Preheat a barbecue or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Cook the chicken, turning regularly (10–12 minutes for skewers or 15–20 minutes for whole thighs) until cooked through and lightly charred.
Remove from heat and rest for 5 minutes.
To serve, squeeze over some lemon juice and plate alongside steamed rice, cucumber and red onion.

We added tps of Italian chilli and garlic oil blend to the marinade. Worked a treat
Please make this a new product soon. If not, how about a recipe for making it from other spices/blend?. I’m suffering withdrawal symptoms since my advent calendar supply ran out!
