A wonderful mix of warm spices, complex aromatics and vibrant herbs, combined with its versatility will see you using it in a marinade, rub, stir-fry or curry across your favourite protein and vegetables.

How to use

Use in a ratio on chicken, pork and tofu of 1 tbsp spice per 250g of meat. For a quick and easy marinade, mix 1kg of chicken thighs with 4 tbsp of spice and 4 tbsp of neutral oil, perfect as kebabs for the bbq or leave whole in oven, served with rice. Also delicious on grilled tofu and mixed into chicken broth for a nourishing soup.
