Ingredients

1 ripe avocado
½ tsp Gewürzhaus Mini Mex Taco Spice
2 tsp fresh lime juice, adjust to taste
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped finely (optional)
Flake salt, adjust to taste

Directions

Scoop the avocado flesh into a medium-sized bowl.
Sprinkle over the spice and add the lime juice. Mash the avocado with a fork to the consistency you desire. Add the coriander, if using.
Season with salt and extra lime juice to taste.
Serve the guacamole on tacos or with corn chips.

Recipe Note

Note: for a larger batch of Mini Mex Guacamole, use ½ tsp Gewürzhaus Mini Mex Taco Spice per avocado and season with salt and lime juice to taste. You can also substitute Mini Mex Taco Spice with Tex Mex Taco Spice to add a little chilli-heat.
