Add oil to frying pan and place on medium-high heat.
Add minced beef to pan and cook on high heat until browned, about 5 minutes, making sure to break up any large lumps as it cooks.
Add the Mini Mex Taco Spice and the water (or stock) to the mince and mix well to thoroughly combine. Simmer on medium heat for a further 5 minutes, until all liquid is absorbed.
