2 tsp Gewürzhaus Salad Herbs
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp maple syrup
½ clove of garlic, grated (optional)
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
60ml extra virgin olive oil
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 tbsp chopped fresh basil, or tarragon, chervil or dill work well
Combine ingredients in a tight-lidded jar; shake until combined and is a similar consistency to syrup. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
Without garlic – Lovely with a sliced apple and fennel salad, topped with chopped pistachios.
With garlic – Spooned over roast beetroot and carrots, or steamed asparagus.
