- Brew a warmly spiced and comforting chocolate drink, to be enjoyed hot or cold.
- For a classic hot chocolate, combine 2 tbsp of spice with 2 tbsp of boiling water in a saucepan and mix into a smooth paste. Add 1 cup of milk (dairy or plant-based), and bring to a simmer while whisking. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
- Combine with espresso coffee for a spiced mochacchino, affogato or mocha martini.
