Inspired by the classic flavours of American barbecue, BBQ Glaze Spice combines paprika, onion, garlic and mustard with the richness of dark brown sugar. Create a family feast to be eaten with sauce-stained fingers; burger patties, onion wedges, sticky wings, glazed ribs – the possibilities are endless. This immensely versatile blend is perfect as a marinade or a dry meat rub for beef, lamb, pork or chicken. And of course, it can be reduced to a magnificent sweet, sticky glaze that is the work of mere moments.

To make a simple marinade for 500g of ribs, combine 2 tbsp of spice with your favourite condiments. We suggest ¼ cup of tomato sauce, 3 tsp each of Worcestershire sauce and apple cider vinegar, and ¾ cup of stock.

Life changing!

Came across this whilst browsing through the store, it’s now my go to spice for red meat!

Great for BBQ and kids friendly

Used it as a rub on a whole chicken and let it marinated overnight. Use the spice mixed with a bit of honey as a glaze and brushed on the skin to create the crisp. It was finger-licking good!!

Perfect for Brisket

I love this on a slow cooked beef brisket. I use as a rub on the brisket, before it goes in the slow cooker for about 8 hours, but also use the spice blend to make the BBQ sauce that it cooks in.
