Our Hot Cross Bun Spice meets the finest Double Dutch cocoa and low GI coconut sugar to create a family-friendly hot chocolate that’s as moreish and silky-smooth as an Easter egg. Can be enjoyed in beverage form, hot or cold. Alternatively, use it in your baking for a delicious spiced, chocolate-y twist.
For hot chocolate: In a small saucepan, mix 2 tbsp of blend with equal parts boiling water into a smooth paste, add 1 cup of milk and bring to a simmer whilst whisking.
For iced chocolate: Combine 2 tbsp of the blend with ⅓ cup boiling water and stir until smooth. Fill a separate glass with ice and 1 cup milk, then slowly pour in the chocolate mixture, stirring well to combine.
