Rub 2 tbsp of spice onto 500g of pork, chicken, lamb, tofu, halloumi or vegetables – onion, capsicum, eggplant, cherry tomatoes and zucchini work well. Coat with 2 tbsp olive oil, then cook on a hot grill, BBQ or pan. Serve sliced on pita with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and plenty of tzatziki.
