Raj’s Majestic Chai Masala
Ground - 60g
Fill your favourite mug with milk and pour into a small saucepan. Add black tea (1 bag or 1 tsp loose leaf) and 3 tsp sugar and heat milk in a swirling motion to help the sugar dissolve. Add 1 tsp spice and bring to the boil, turn off heat as soon as the milk starts to puff. Strain and enjoy whilst hot. Also delicious when added to ground coffee in your plunger or sprinkle directly into your next caffè latte. Chai Tea was originally prepared only for Indian royalty and its making involved a long and time consuming process.
