Herbaceous, savoury and flavoursome, Ranch Spice is conquering the world for a reason. Steve Henson first developed his blend in the early 1950s, when he would serve it as a dressing to those who dined at his ranch.

Delicious when used in a classic salad dressing, this quintessentially American spice blend is perfect for simple dips and entrées, or to accompany meat, vegetable and even seafood dishes.

For a creamy ranch dip, mix 3 tbsp of Ranch Spice into 250g of sour cream. Let it sit for 5 min for the flavours to develop. Serve with vegetable fritters, fried chicken or corn chips.
Buttermilk powder, parsley, chives, garlic powder, onion, dill, salt, black pepper, mustard powder.

My favourite!

Not only does Ranch Spice create a delicious dip, it can be added to so many other dishes and packs a flavour bomb! It works perfectly with salmon, as well as in vegetable fritters and frittata. I use it to make blinis topped with avocado and smoked salmon - always a crowd pleaser. Mix it with hard boiled egg, black pepper and mayonnaise for a delicious sandwich or wrap!
