1 ripe avocado
2 tsp Gewürzhaus Guacamole Spice
A squeeze of lime and some freshly chopped coriander
Mash the avocado with 2 teaspoons of spice and set aside for a couple of minutes, while the flavours develop.
If you like, you can incorporate some lime juice and coriander for a little extra zing.
I just love this spice! It takes Guac to a whole new level.
